This boutique hotel has a lot of potential but is unfortunately in a rather poor state. The friendly owner adds a touch of charm, but the overall experience was affected by cleanliness issues and a lack of basic amenities. Despite its good location, noise disturbances at night and limited access to services made my stay less enjoyable.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were overall a bit run down, with stained carpets and overly uncomfortable beds. I would rate the comfort level quite low due to the noise and poor condition.
Service
5.0
The owner was very polite and accommodating, but the lack of available staff after hours was frustrating.
Location
6.0
While the location is great for accessing the town, I felt uneasy with the chaotic scene outside the hotel during my stay.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was mediocre at best; the selection was not what I expected, and the atmosphere was quite chilly due to outside visitors coming in.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities felt very lacking, especially with no access to basic amenities like a bar and reception during the evening.

The hotel has friendly staff and is clean, but the experience is marred by poor room standards and noise issues. The breakfast offered was traditional, yet the room's condition left much to be desired. If you're passing through Ennis, consider other options, as this place felt more like a budget hostel than a boutique experience.

Rooms
5.0
The room was small and lacked a window, with only a skylight. It felt dirty and had a damp smell. The furniture was old, and the noise from adjoining rooms was distracting.
Service
6.0
The service was fairly pleasant, although the arrival experience was chaotic. Staff were friendly once settled, but overall felt rushed.
Location
5.0
The location is convenient for access to the main town, but the area felt less appealing overall, making me question the place's charm.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was the typical Irish fare, but not particularly outstanding. Some items were not cooked to satisfaction.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities were very limited, resembling more of a hostel vibe than a boutique hotel, which was disappointing.

The experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. The service was severely lacking, as they called multiple times prior to my arrival, and the reception was confusing with a locked entrance. The room was very basic and not soundproofed well, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. There were also issues with cleanliness and limited facilities. While I appreciated the central location, the overall experience doesn't justify the cost.

Rooms
5.0
The room was cramped and very basic, making it difficult to move around comfortably. It lacked soundproofing, resulting in a noisy stay.
Service
5.0
The service was frustrating, with the staff being overly insistent on my arrival, which made me feel unwelcome.
Location

Facilities were limited and cleanliness was an issue throughout, making the stay less enjoyable.

My experience at the hotel was disappointing. The location was confusing, making it hard to find the entrance, and the service felt quite unwelcoming. The room was cramped and basic, which did not match the price we paid. The lack of dining options in the evening was a significant downside. Overall, it's not a place I would recommend for a comfortable stay.
