Reviews and Ratings
This boutique hotel has a lot of potential but is unfortunately in a rather poor state. The friendly owner adds a touch of charm, but the overall experience was affected by cleanliness issues and a lack of basic amenities. Despite its good location, noise disturbances at night and limited access to services made my stay less enjoyable.
The hotel has friendly staff and is clean, but the experience is marred by poor room standards and noise issues. The breakfast offered was traditional, yet the room's condition left much to be desired. If you're passing through Ennis, consider other options, as this place felt more like a budget hostel than a boutique experience.
The experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. The service was severely lacking, as they called multiple times prior to my arrival, and the reception was confusing with a locked entrance. The room was very basic and not soundproofed well, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. There were also issues with cleanliness and limited facilities. While I appreciated the central location, the overall experience doesn't justify the cost.
My experience at the hotel was disappointing. The location was confusing, making it hard to find the entrance, and the service felt quite unwelcoming. The room was cramped and basic, which did not match the price we paid. The lack of dining options in the evening was a significant downside. Overall, it's not a place I would recommend for a comfortable stay.
